PSC offers a wealth of educational opportunities for youths. They are fun for both children and their parents:
TOT SHABBAT
Held the first Shabbat of each month.
Tot Shabbat offers monthly services for families with babies through age five.
Main service begins at 9:30. Tot Shabbat service goes from 10:45-11:45 and is followed by Kiddush luncheon.
ADAT SHABBAT: A K/1/2 SHABBAT EXPERIENCE
Usually held on third or fourth Shabbat of the month.
Adat Shabbat: a K/1/2 Shabbat Experience offers families with children in grades K-2 a space to come together to sing, pray and learn with educator Ela Alexander. This program is an integral component of the religious school curriculum and religious school families are strongly encouraged to attend. Adat Shabbat: a K/1/2 Experience is also open to the general community. This program provides a family friendly space and an interactive prayer service appropriate to children in younger grades.
Adat Shabbat service goes from 10:45-11:45 and is followed by Kiddush luncheon.
Usually held on the second Shabbat of the month.
PSC Youth Shabbat Service offers children in grades 3-7 the unique opportunity to pray together in a youth led service. During the youth service, children take leadership roles, learning how to lead portions of the Shabbat service with the support of the Cantor/Education Director, Doron Shapira. Children are also involved in several components of the main service. The PSC Youth Shabbat Service is an integral part of the religious school curriculum and religious school students are expected to attend.

Family Shabbat offers families with children in grades 3-6 a space to come together to pray, sing and learn in a way that is engaging for the entire family.
EREV SHABBAT (FRIDAY NIGHT) PSC YOUTH CHOIR
Held the first Friday night of the month.
Come hear our PSC Youth Choir (comprised of many of our 3rd - 7th graders) co-lead Erev Shabbat services with Cantor Doron! These evenings will also include family-friendly parashah skits (Torah portion), stories, and holiday games.
